What is community?
Community can mean many things to different people. For some, a community is a place to go to find individuals all there for a common mission or purpose. For others, community is a place to learn and grow from. Now companies are utilizing community to build a loyal customer following, and create a sense of belonging. It all boils down to that… belonging.
What is community management?
Community management is a critical role in any business. With the right strategy, you can build a loyal following of engaged customers who are ready to buy your product or service. In other words, community managers play an integral role in building the communities they represent.
I like to think of community managers as a bridge. The bridge between the users and the company. The community manager plays a vital role in helping a company pivot, move, and grow!
